Associate - Real Estate

Responsibilities

• Leverage AI agents to generate, compare, and redline offering memoranda, purchase agreements, board materials, disclosure documents, and regulatory filings
• Use AI tools to conduct rapid document reviews and identify key terms in documents
• Generate client-facing memos of complex due diligence materials
• Integrate AI agents into workflow management, signing and closing checklists, and coordination with counterparties
• Partner with clients to demonstrate how AI-assisted workflows improve accuracy, transparency, and deal velocity
• Collaborate with technology teams to improve the deal process using AI

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD)
• Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• 3-6 years of experience in Real Estate transactions
• Strong drafting and communication skills
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Interest in applying technology to enhance traditional deal workflows

Benefits

• Base salary between $270,000 - $410,000
