Associate, Real Estate Corporate Communications & Marketing

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns for Marq Logistics in the UK to enhance brand awareness and support property listings
• Supervise and manage the CRM to maintain the quality and accuracy of the UK data set
• Execute digital marketing activities including website management, email campaigns, and display advertising (SEM and PPC)
• Plan, author, and submit social media posts and manage the UK events programme
• Create and manage engaging content such as blogs, videos, and infographics in line with corporate brand guidelines
• Utilize web analytics to measure, report, and optimize the performance of marketing activities against KPIs and ROI
• Manage the UK marketing budget to ensure effective resource allocation and monitor digital campaign spend
• Collaborate with the Europe marketing team and UK development team to ensure cohesive marketing strategies

Requirements

• Proven experience in digital marketing execution, including SEM and PPC
• Proficiency in social media management and content creation
• Experience with CRM management and web analytics tools
• Strong skills in budget management and performance reporting
• Ability to coordinate with external agencies and vendors
