Associate, Real Estate Asset Management (Logistics)

Responsibilities

• Manage asset-level business plans and monitor operating performance including NOI, occupancy, and leasing velocity.
• Coordinate annual budgeting and quarterly IRR reforecasting processes with external operating partners.
• Identify and execute value creation initiatives such as revenue management, cost control, and capital expenditure programs.
• Act as the primary interface with third-party property managers and service providers to ensure governance and reporting standards.
• Support the full asset lifecycle, including acquisitions onboarding, refinancing processes, and exit execution.
• Prepare recurring performance reporting packs, investor materials, and data-driven insights for senior management.
• Integrate ESG objectives into business plans by tracking KPIs and supporting sustainability initiatives.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in asset management, investment banking, or a related analytical role within real assets or financial services.
• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Advanced Excel skills with expertise in financial modelling and scenario analysis.
• Fluency in both French and English.
• Ability to travel across Europe as required.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
