Associate, Real Estate Asset Management

Responsibilities

• Support the Asset Management team in driving value creation and monitoring performance across a pan-European retail and office real estate portfolio.
• Manage asset-level business plans in partnership with external operating partners to ensure measurable milestones and accountability.
• Monitor operating performance, including NOI, occupancy, leasing velocity, and opex, to proactively address underperformance.
• Coordinate annual budgeting and quarterly IRR reforecasting processes.
• Act as a primary interface with third-party property managers and service providers, maintaining governance rhythms and reporting standards.
• Support the full asset lifecycle, including acquisitions onboarding, financing/refinancing processes, and exit execution.
• Prepare recurring asset and deal-level reporting packs for internal committees and senior management.
• Assist with ESG integration by tracking KPIs and supporting sustainability initiatives.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in asset management, investment banking, portfolio management, or a related analytical role within financial services or real assets.
• Advanced Excel skills, including financial modelling and scenario/sensitivity analysis.
• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience working across Western European jurisdictions.
• Ability to travel across Europe as required.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and commercial judgement.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in English, with additional proficiency in German, French, or Spanish.
• Familiarity with Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
• Experience specifically within the retail and office real estate sectors.
