Associate, Real Estate Asset Management

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations for multi-tenant office and shopping center properties within the AREIT portfolio
• Perform valuation and sensitivity analysis using Argus Enterprise and Excel for leasing and redevelopment opportunities
• Partner with senior asset management team members on leasing execution and operational oversight
• Execute the annual budget process, including business plans, revenue/expense budgets, and marketing plans
• Analyze financial performance to identify opportunities for revenue growth and expense optimization
• Review and audit third-party appraisal reports and monthly management reports
• Assist the disposition and acquisition teams with due diligence and asset valuations
• Travel to property sites approximately 20% of the time to support strategic initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting
• Strong understanding of real estate finance principles
• Proficiency in Argus Enterprise
• Proficiency in Excel (including lookups, index match, and pivot tables)
• Ability to analyze and interpret real estate documents such as LOIs, RFPs, and tenant leases
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness and ability to travel as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• 2-4 years of applicable work experience in real estate or finance
• Direct experience with office or retail real estate
• Argus certification
