Associate Quote Desk Specialist

Responsibilities

• Perform the quoting process for all complex use cases within established guidelines
• Coordinate with sales, renewals, deal desk, and licensing teams to manage complex quoting cases
• Proactively engage with Sales to ensure all relevant details are captured for accurate quoting
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current quoting policies, licensing, pricing, and products
• Act as a knowledge center for internal and external teams regarding quoting processes
• Propose operational improvements to streamline processes and enhance customer experience
• Work with management to unify operational procedures across regional teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
• Proven experience in a B2B environment in a coordination or administrative capacity
• Fluent English (written and verbal)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with the ability to learn new software and systems
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent logical thinking and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in Sales, Renewals, Licensing, or Order Processing
• Multilingual capabilities
