Associate Quantity Surveyor/Cost Manager/Commercial Manager - Energy & Natural Resource

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of performance and quality, applying strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Plan and execute work effectively, identifying opportunities to add value
• Collaborate positively with colleagues and clients to build strong working relationships
• Administer and manage contracts, ensuring accurate cost monitoring, forecasting, and reporting
• Work with client and contractor teams to deliver on KPIs, programme performance, and cost control
• Provide commercial leadership, driving improvements in forecast accuracy and offering clear advice
• Contribute to internal excellence by capturing lessons learned and recommending process improvements

Requirements

• Degree or HNC level qualification
• Experience with NEC3/4 or FIDIC contracts
• Cost or commercial management experience in Energy (nuclear, renewables, oil & gas) or Infrastructure (water, rail, roads, aviation)
• Experience working on major programmes or project portfolios
