Associate Quality Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide Process and Quality Engineering support to manufacturing within the Cardiac Rhythm Management division.
• Identify manufacturing process defects, including scrap, nonconforming material, and customer complaints.
• Assist in the identification of primary root causes and the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Support the development of product quality plans, risk analyses, and FMEAs.
• Monitor process variation and assist in product/process improvement efforts by gathering and analyzing quality metric data.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable Corporate and Divisional policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 0-2 years of related work experience with a basic understanding of the functional area.
• Bilingual fluency in both English and Spanish.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working within the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
