Associate Quality Control - Incoming

Responsibilities

• Perform routine sampling and inspection of raw materials, components, drug substances, devices, and printed materials.
• Operate laboratory equipment including Optical Comparator, Keyence, Instron, TruScan, and NIR for testing and inspection.
• Use computer systems such as LIMS, OEFM, and SAP to manage sample testing and document results.
• Evaluate test results in accordance with established SOPs and analytical methods.
• Review electronic batch record documentation for incoming raw materials and components.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, QA, Receiving, and Packaging teams to coordinate warehouse operations.
• Identify and recommend process improvements and troubleshoot testing issues in compliance with SOPs.
• Participate in regulatory inspections and internal/external audits.

Requirements

• High school/GED + 2 years of work experience in Quality Control, OR
• Associate’s degree + 6 months of work experience in Quality Control, OR
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Knowledge of GMP and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications

• Educational background in Life Sciences or Engineering.
• Experience with systems such as SAP/ERP, eBR, LIMS, Trackwise, Coldstream, or Veeva.
• Ishihara certification.
• Experience in sampling and inspection processes for drug substances and devices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to support investigations.
• Flexibility to support non-standard shifts, including weekends.
