Associate Quality Assurance

Responsibilities

• Support the development and maintenance of Quality Control and Assurance frameworks for aligned business areas
• Conduct daily process monitoring and provide actionable feedback to operations team members
• Identify non-value-add activities by analyzing defect trends, customer feedback, and process requirements
• Measure, improve, and control quality metrics and KPIs, reporting results to delivery leaders and stakeholders
• Conduct calibration sessions with operations and training teams to ensure alignment
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and drive continuous improvement initiatives to achieve optimization goals
• Support external audits and compliance certifications such as ISO, COPC, FCA, and CMMI
• Implement best-in-class QA practices aligned with enterprise development standards

Requirements

• Any Graduation degree
• 3-4 years of overall professional experience
• Experience in US Insurance or Financial Services is highly preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically MS Excel

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Risk Management, Business Compliance, or Lean Six Sigma
• Knowledge of Business Analytics, Process Improvement, or Automation
• Familiarity with COPC, Value Stream Mapping, or process migration within the insurance domain
• Understanding of QA methodologies from previous roles
