Associate Quality Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Review master batch records, forms, and specifications to ensure compliance with internal and customer requirements
• Assist in creating and updating batch records, forms, and material specifications
• Perform record reviews of completed and in-process orders to ensure cGMP compliance
• Execute finished product batch release for approved production lots
• Act as a company liaison with customers regarding quality control documentation and questions
• Assist with quality investigations, deviation reports, and the preparation of annual product review data
• Generate and present quality metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to management and customers
• Support the training and mentoring of new Quality Coordinators

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in a related field and/or 1-3 years of related experience or training
• College-level mathematical skills
• Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Full professional proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing)
• Strong reasoning skills and the ability to solve practical problems with limited standardization
