About the role

Responsibilities

  • Write and document test plans from requirements and specifications
  • Create and perform test campaigns to fit overall planning
  • Replicate, test, analyze, and document errors from customer feedback
  • Use versioning systems to code test scripts and bug tracking databases to report bugs
  • Onboard new customers and respond to queries in a timely manner
  • Follow up with partners to ensure technical issues are resolved
  • Collect and analyze end-user feedback to share with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams
  • Collaborate with tech and marketing teams to produce instruction materials
  • Prepare demo environments for sales activities

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of QA experience
  • Knowledge of test management software, programming languages, and QA methodologies
  • Experience with web-based and mobile testing frameworks like Selenium WebDriver
  • Proficiency in verbal and written English
  • Availability to be on call in the evening for US customers
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Agile development
  • Experience using JIRA
  • Experience using Git or Mercurial
  • Previous experience in Customer Success or Customer Service roles
