Associate - Protein Chemistry

Responsibilities

• Analyze and characterize novel and complex molecules for next-generation large molecule therapeutics
• Contribute to the execution of analytics, molecular assessment, and protein purification capabilities
• Organize, analyze, and report findings to support lead candidate selection
• Partner with Project, Analytics, and Automation teams to advance the drug development pipeline

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, OR Associate's degree and 2 years of relevant scientific experience, OR High school diploma/GED and 4 years of protein purification and/or protein analytics experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline
• Experience with protein analytics fundamentals, techniques, instrumentation, and software
• Familiarity with protein purification fundamentals and techniques
• Experience handling and analyzing large datasets
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
• Demonstrated track record of independent critical thinking and creative problem-solving
