About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide superior operations and upkeep to multiple properties in the greater San Francisco Bay area
- Perform preventive maintenance and basic repairs
- Accompany vendors on site
- Maintain records of maintenance performed at each property
- Execute the full spectrum of property and building maintenance
- Conduct consistent property walkthroughs and report issues or concerns to the Sr. Property Manager via email
Requirements
- Experience in property or building maintenance
- Ability to perform basic repairs and preventive maintenance
- Strong record-keeping skills
