About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with Government regulations and Boeing procedures regarding Property Management.
- Utilize Boeing system tools and software to manage property information and establish accurate property records.
- Track property movement by preparing and documenting forms for changes in ownership, accountability, or location.
- Perform and review actions across all 22 outcomes of the Property Management life cycle.
- Coordinate physical inventory of property and reconcile results to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Support the disposition of property identified by company, legal, or contractual requirements.
- Educate functional organizations on their specific roles regarding property compliance.
- Complete all property-related activities at the completion or termination of contracts.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience managing Government or Capital Property.
- Experience working with the Goldesp system.
- 1+ years of experience and/or training on FAR and DFARS Property Management compliance.
- 1+ years of experience working with government contracts.
- 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project).
- Ability to travel up to 10%.
- Must be a "U.S. Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 and able to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification issued by the National Property Management Association (NPMA).
- 1+ years of experience supporting regulatory compliance processes or audits (e.g., SOX, DFARS).
- Experience with data analytics and report automation.
- Experience mentoring, coaching, or leading teams of junior and peer engineers.
- 1+ years of experience in lean processes and initiatives.
