Associate - Property Management

Responsibilities

• Provide a world-class client experience for property sales and leasing services.
• Coordinate and liaise with local service providers, contractors, and landlords for property maintenance and management.
• Manage property inspections and inventories to ensure all properties meet client standards.
• Assist clients with arrivals and resolve any property-related issues during their stay.
• Source properties and services tailored to specific client requirements.
• Oversee lease termination processes, including documentation and property handovers.
• Conduct annual utility account reconciliations and manage internet installations.
• Maintain accurate client files and generate invoices for renewed agreements.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in property management or a similar client-facing role.
• Fluency in both Maltese and English (written and spoken).
• Strong knowledge of the Maltese property market, including local roads and towns.
• Valid driving license.
• High level of PC literacy and extreme attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of local property building structures and systems (e.g., water and electricity).
