Associate, Property Compliance

Responsibilities

• Register with the City of Florissant as the local agent/representative for applicable rental properties
• Complete and maintain an active Crime Free Multi-Housing Certificate
• Serve as the local point of contact for municipal notices, inspection notices, code communications, and compliance updates
• Promptly relay city notices, deadlines, violations, fees, and required corrective actions to the internal team
• Coordinate occupancy inspections, rental certificates, and re-inspections with the company
• Assist with scheduling or confirming access for city inspections when local coordination is required
• Maintain professional communication with Florissant city officials
• Notify leadership immediately of urgent compliance or certification issues

Requirements

• Must reside in or near St. Louis / Florissant, Missouri
• Ability to maintain an active Crime Free Multi-Housing Certificate
• Familiarity with municipal compliance, rental property regulations, or property management processes
• Strong organizational and communication skills to manage deadlines and follow-up tasks
• Professional and reliable demeanor when interacting with city officials and internal teams
• Ability to commit approximately 5–10 hours per month
