Associate Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end coordination of projects within the Patient & Provider Experience portfolio
• Facilitate working sessions and ensure clear outcomes
• Track action items and identify cross-team dependencies
• Maintain visibility into project status across workstreams
• Drive accountability across product and engineering teams
• Escalate blockers and recommend solutions

Requirements

• 3-5+ years in project or program management
• Background in digital health, health technology, or SaaS healthcare
• Experience delivering complex, cross-functional projects
• Proficiency in project tracking tools like Jira and Confluence
• Familiarity with Agile or Lean development environments
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with EHR or provider-side workflows
• Korean language fluency (spoken and written)

• Base salary range of $75,000 - $90,000
