Associate Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day management of high-volume creative projects across multiple clients and campaigns
• Track and coordinate large quantities of deliverables across motion, static, digital, and A/V formats
• Create and manage tickets within internal workflow systems like Monday.com, Airtable, or Asana
• Monitor asset pipelines, feedback cycles, and approvals to ensure efficient turnaround times
• Maintain organized documentation of project scopes, timelines, dependencies, and delivery specs
• Proactively flag risks related to capacity, timelines, or feedback delays
• Assist with resource tracking and capacity planning
• Collaborate with producers, designers, editors, and account teams
• Contribute to process improvements and the adoption of emerging technologies

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or creative operations
• Experience managing high-volume or multi-asset workflows in an agency, studio, or marketing environment
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Monday.com, Airtable, Asana, or Smartsheet
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and detail-focused in deadline-driven environments
• Proactive problem-solving skills
• Interest in emerging technologies and AI-driven tools
