Associate Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead Project Management Commissions and take responsibility for end-to-end service delivery
• Act as the primary day-to-day client interface to ensure objectives, time, and cost targets are met
• Advise at a strategic level during project inception and establish project governance, processes, and systems
• Prepare and maintain project requirements, schedules of activity, and master project plans
• Manage resource plans, procurement, and lead cross-functional project teams
• Monitor performance using KPIs and manage the change control process
• Control budgets, forecasts, and actual costs
• Identify and monitor project risks and implement mitigation plans
• Manage stakeholder relationships and project information flow
• Advise clients on Health & Safety and Environmental issues

Requirements

• Degree qualified in Civil Engineering preferred
• Experience working on large-scale scheme projects (£100m+)
• NEC: ECC Project Manager accreditation
• Chartered or qualified status with ICE, APM, or RICS preferred
