About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead Project Management Commissions and take responsibility for end-to-end service delivery
- Act as the primary day-to-day client interface to ensure objectives, time, and cost targets are met
- Advise at a strategic level during project inception and establish project governance, processes, and systems
- Prepare and maintain project requirements, schedules of activity, and master project plans
- Manage resource plans, procurement, and lead cross-functional project teams
- Monitor performance using KPIs and manage the change control process
- Control budgets, forecasts, and actual costs
- Identify and monitor project risks and implement mitigation plans
- Manage stakeholder relationships and project information flow
- Advise clients on Health & Safety and Environmental issues
Requirements
- Degree qualified in Civil Engineering preferred
- Experience working on large-scale scheme projects (£100m+)
- NEC: ECC Project Manager accreditation
- Chartered or qualified status with ICE, APM, or RICS preferred
