About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead Project Management Commissions and take responsibility for end-to-end service delivery
- Act as the primary day-to-day client interface to ensure objectives, time, and cost targets are met
- Advise at a strategic level during project inception
- Prepare and maintain project requirements, schedules, and master project plans
- Establish project governance, processes, and systems
- Manage resource plans, procurement, and cross-functional teams
- Monitor performance using KPIs and manage the change control process
- Manage budgets, forecast costs, and control actual expenditures
- Identify and mitigate project risks
- Manage stakeholder engagement and project information flow
- Advise on Health & Safety and Environmental issues
Requirements
- Degree qualified in Civil Engineering
- Experience working on large-scale projects (£100m+)
- NEC: ECC Project Manager accreditation
- Ability to manage financial aspects and corporate governance
Preferred Qualifications
- Chartered or qualified with ICE, APM, or RICS
