Associate Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead Project Management Commissions and take responsibility for end-to-end service delivery
• Act as the primary day-to-day client interface to ensure objectives, time, and cost targets are met
• Advise at a strategic level during project inception
• Prepare and maintain project requirements, schedules, and master project plans
• Establish project governance, processes, and systems
• Manage resource plans, procurement, and cross-functional teams
• Monitor performance using KPIs and manage the change control process
• Manage budgets, forecast costs, and control actual expenditures
• Identify and mitigate project risks
• Manage stakeholder engagement and project information flow
• Advise on Health & Safety and Environmental issues

Requirements

• Degree qualified in Civil Engineering
• Experience working on large-scale projects (£100m+)
• NEC: ECC Project Manager accreditation
• Ability to manage financial aspects and corporate governance

Preferred Qualifications

• Chartered or qualified with ICE, APM, or RICS
