Associate Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Support Project Developers in the development of wind, solar, and battery storage projects in the East Region
• Develop and track project budgets, timelines, and documentation
• Coordinate contractor activities and participate in the development of Scopes of Work (SOWs)
• Provide analytical support for project financial feasibility and due diligence processes
• Build relationships with landowners and community members to advance project development
• Utilize GIS mapping software to track land status and visualize project strategies
• Research location-specific permitting and tax requirements
• Coordinate environmental, geotechnical, and resource studies
• Collaborate with interconnection and preconstruction teams on project design and layouts

Requirements

• BS or BA from an accredited college program
• More than 1 year of experience in a renewable energy developer role
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Ability to travel significantly (40%-60%) to project sites
• Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
