Associate Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage capital process planning for construction projects from inception to execution
• Resolve construction conflicts in the field in real time
• Manage contractor scheduling to ensure project deadlines are met
• Source materials and equipment required for construction projects
• Review and approve contractor payment applications
• Respond to and source responses for RFIs related to constructability or deviations
• Conduct construction review meetings and reports with internal stakeholders
• Perform quality control reviews and documentation
• Manage RFIs and Submittals for design team approval

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil, mechanical, architectural, or similar engineering discipline
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing commercial construction or tenant improvement projects
• Experience with industrial buildings such as laboratories, clean rooms, or manufacturing facilities
• Evidence of exceptional ability

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in greenfield site design and build out (grading, roadway, utilities, stormwater)
• Experience in hyper-scaling or start-up tech companies
• Experience with structural engineering, foundations, steel, and concrete
• Experience in geotechnical engineering
• Experience in Mechanical, electrical, and process piping construction
• Experience managing external consultants and contractors from design to completion
