Associate Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Process and deliver Open Payments data in alignment with regulatory and client requirements
• Manage client-specific data processing, including quarterly upload files and weekly attendee add requests
• Validate data outputs and identify trends, gaps, or potential compliance risks through management reports
• Implement and document corrective actions based on policy violations, audit findings, or data trends
• Monitor expense and Concur compliance, including unsubmitted reports and employee maintenance
• Manage client-related VIA tickets within ServiceNow to ensure timely resolution
• Provide training and user support regarding Concur processes, policy interpretation, and system navigation
• Engage with stakeholders in monthly meetings to share insights on compliance risks and improvement opportunities

Requirements

• Experience in Open Payments data processing and transparency reporting
• Proficiency in compliance monitoring and audit support
• Experience with expense management tools, specifically Concur
• Ability to manage and resolve service requests using ServiceNow
• Strong stakeholder engagement and professional communication skills
• Proven ability to track deliverables and implement corrective actions within defined timelines
