Associate Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the execution process of products under development, including risk mitigation, planning, monitoring, and recovery
• Manage multiple projects concurrently and report status, red flags, and escalations to management
• Work with internal and external cross-functional stakeholders to ensure project execution aligns with plans
• Facilitate discussions to resolve and close issues among stakeholders
• Coordinate and participate in Topline milestone meetings and team reviews
• Act as a communication hub for development and delivery information
• Maintain and improve milestone and management reports to ensure data accuracy

Requirements

• Degree in business or a technical area
• Minimum 4 years of experience in product development or project management
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Proficiency in written and oral English and oral Mandarin
• Strong organizational skills to manage resources and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management Certification
