Associate Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, and quality standards
• Act as a bridge between clients, engineering, product, and business teams to ensure smooth communication and alignment
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives using Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Identify potential roadblocks early and implement effective risk mitigation strategies
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including BRDs, SOWs, change trackers, and progress reports
• Work closely with enterprise clients to understand requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations
• Continuously refine project management practices and support key business processes to improve overall efficiency

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in project management, preferably within the Fintech, SaaS, or BFSI sectors
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven stakeholder management abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic understanding of APIs, AI/ML concepts, or fintech workflows
• PMP or CSM certification
