Associate Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Maintain project trackers, action logs, and weekly updates for stakeholders
• Support coordination with architects, general contractors, and vendors
• Track commitments, invoices, and change orders
• Assist with tracking long-lead items, delivery dates, and installation readiness
• Conduct ad-hoc site visits and punch walks to document open items
• Track permitting submissions and support coordination with landlords and municipalities
• Schedule and run working sessions, capturing decisions and action items
• Drive punchlist, turnover documentation, and closeout materials

Requirements

• 1–3 years supporting construction, facilities, engineering, or similar project-based work
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple timelines
• Clear communication skills for cross-functional and external coordination
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and documenting processes
• Willingness to travel to sites for field coordination as needed
