Associate Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage low to moderate complexity projects through the complete lifecycle to deliver new or existing diagnostic products
• Accountable for total project scope, budget constraints, and scheduled completion dates for small-scale projects
• Create and manage detailed project plans, resource allocation, schedules, and risk assessments
• Lead cross-functional domestic and international teams to execute project tasks and meet established milestones
• Prepare and present project progress reports and presentations to internal management and stakeholders
• Collaborate with functional areas across the Infectious Diseases Division to meet project objectives
• Identify project problems and work with teams to implement effective resolutions and mitigations

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree
• Minimum of 1 year of project management or related work experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Two or more years of experience in a similar role or environment
• Two or more years of experience working within an FDA-regulated environment
