Associate Project Management Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support clinical trial delivery by assisting logistics teams with intervention scheduling, device procurement, and project coordination
• Coordinate Clinical Specialist and site rater schedules to align meetings for training and remediation calls
• Manage study inboxes to ensure communication is filed appropriately and historical data is maintained
• Utilize systems and reports to organize daily project assignments and ensure compliance with turnaround timelines
• Collaborate with global colleagues to manage task handovers and ensure continuous workflow across different shifts
• Manage escalations and determine appropriate follow-up actions for Project Leaders
• Prepare project status reports, presentation materials, and correspondence for stakeholders
• Support risk and issue management processes and contribute to project plans

Requirements

• Associate's degree or higher (Bachelor's degree preferred)
• 2 years of relevant professional experience
• Strong knowledge of project management principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with English fluency
• Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural, global environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Trial Master File (TMF)
• Experience working within a Call Center environment
