- Focus on energy project finance and infrastructure-related mergers and acquisitions matters
- Draft primary deal documents and handle significant transaction responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Project Finance/Mergers & Acquisitions group to support client success
Requirements
- 3–7 years of legal experience
- Proven experience in Project Finance or Mergers & Acquisitions
- Admitted to practice law in New York
- Experience drafting primary deal documents

- Strong background specifically in project finance transactions
