Associate - Project Finance

Responsibilities

• Assist in the origination of lending and financial advisory mandates by preparing marketing materials, proposals, and presentation packages.
• Support the execution of transactions through research, financial modeling, information memorandums, and credit papers.
• Review and analyze project documents and coordinate with specialist advisors and consultants.
• Liaise and coordinate with clients regarding transaction origination and execution.
• Collaborate with various departments across the region and globally.
• Ensure full compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements throughout the deal process.

Requirements

• MBA or CA qualification.
• 2-4 years of professional work experience, preferably in banking, consulting, or project development.
• Strong grasp of financial analysis, corporate finance, and financial modeling.
• Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently on assigned tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in the renewables or infrastructure sectors.
