Associate Project Director - Regulatory Affairs Consulting

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients on complex Regulatory Affairs challenges and deliver customized sales presentations.
• Provide proposal support and oversight, including active participation in bid defense meetings.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver regulatory outsourcing programs on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
• Monitor project profitability through active budget management and financial forecasting.
• Mentor and coach Project Leaders and team members to foster a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues affecting project success and client satisfaction.
• Monitor industry trends, policy changes, and technology to ensure the delivery of cutting-edge solutions.

Requirements

• University Degree in a Scientific or Technical Discipline.
• Extensive experience in the life sciences or consulting industries.
• Proven track record in Regulatory Affairs project management and leading global projects.
• Demonstrated experience in business development and proposal management.
• Expertise in budget management and financial forecasting.
• Strong leadership, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
