Associate - Project Controls

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of the Project Controls Function within GCC Project Management Services
• Manage and set objectives for a team of planning and project controls staff
• Provide guidance and specialized assistance to resolve complex project control problems
• Interface with clients through regular meetings and provide statistical reports and presentations
• Manage staff to analyze, evaluate, and forecast project costs and schedule performance
• Assess the impact of design/construction changes and schedule slippages
• Oversee the development and maintenance of project plan hierarchies and schedules
• Coordinate staffing requirements, assign work activities, and provide personnel training and development
• Support business development efforts by providing input for proposals and participating in presentations

Requirements

• Proven experience in Planning & Project Controls within an Engineering & Construction environment
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent client management and communication skills
• Qualification in Construction Engineering and Management
