Responsibilities

• Facilitate the discovery and due diligence process of prospective grantees
• Execute, monitor, and support the end-to-end grant lifecycle
• Maintain internal project management infrastructure for knowledge management
• Support team leads with stakeholder management and meeting coordination
• Serve as a point of contact for grantees, partners, and external stakeholders
• Conduct research on emerging issues and digital technology trends

Requirements

• 2-3 years of relevant full-time work experience
• Excellent research, analysis, and written communication skills
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
• Current U.S. work authorization
• Residency within 100 miles of San Francisco or Washington, D.C.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in tech policy, AI governance, competition, or labor issues
• Experience in advocacy, campaigns, tech equity, privacy, or safety
