Associate, Programmatic

Responsibilities

• Support the activation, monitoring, optimization, and ongoing management of programmatic campaigns
• Assist with campaign pacing, budget tracking, and performance monitoring
• Pull, organize, and analyze campaign performance data for reporting and strategic recommendations
• Conduct placement and site list reviews to identify inventory trends and quality concerns
• Support testing initiatives by tracking results and documenting learnings
• Assist with campaign quality assurance by reviewing settings, budgets, and creative assets
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Media Strategy, Ad Operations, and Data Science teams
• Leverage automation and AI-enabled tools to improve workflow efficiency

Requirements

• 6–12 months of experience in marketing, advertising, analytics, or business operations
• Strong interest in digital advertising and performance measurement
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fluency in English is required

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in media
• Interest in AI, automation, and emerging technologies
