Associate Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the Program Manager with all aspects of program management
• Comprehend contractual obligations and statement of work for assigned programs
• Participate in program planning, documentation, and reviews
• Develop and maintain status and visibility tools
• Assist with oversight and coordination of vendor activities and communication
• Coordinate program-related travel and meetings
• Facilitate communications between customers and internal personnel
• Assist in developing or administering program change orders
• Monitor program financial health and assist with part procurement
• Participate in risk identification and mitigation activities
• Ensure small-scale projects progress on schedule and within budget

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline
• Minimum of four years of related experience or training
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills
• Experience with Accounting, Database, and Project Management software
• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally
• Must qualify as a US Person (US Citizen, Permanent Resident, or political asylee) for ITAR compliance

Preferred Qualifications

• Aerospace background
• Aircraft interior industry experience
