Associate Program Manager - Extensions

Responsibilities

• Assist with project management activities for product improvements, optimizations, and line extensions
• Support product lines through growth, active, and end of life stages by providing cross-functional support
• Assist in the creation and management of merchandising, training, and digital content support at retail
• Work closely with cross-functional teammates to maintain schedules for line expansions
• Maximize product line value and align with teams to ensure successful marketplace launches
• Work with Product Managers for program launch and execution analysis
• Manage the PMO of all SKU extensions to ensure production deadlines are met

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Business
• 1+ years of experience in project management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong organization and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a consumer goods company
• Knowledge of SharePoint
