Associate Program - Client Advisor WM

Responsibilities

• Develop into a successful Relationship Manager through an intensive 18-month training program
• Build and manage a client book utilizing your existing network of wealthy individuals in Germany
• Establish and maintain long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with high-net-worth clients
• Continuously grow your professional network through referrals and proactive prospect identification
• Meet or exceed financial and educational targets set within the program

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience
• Strong interest in and understanding of financial markets
• In-depth market knowledge in Germany with a convincing network of High-Net-Worth Individuals
• Fluent in both German and English
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and sales skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in entrepreneurial activities or active involvement in clubs/alumni networks
• Proven ability to work independently to execute a business plan while collaborating effectively within a team
