Associate Program - Client Advisor WM IT or FRA & BEL

Responsibilities

• Develop into a successful Relationship Manager through an intensive 18-month training program
• Build and manage a client book utilizing your existing network of wealthy individuals in Italy, France, or Belgium
• Establish and maintain long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with clients
• Continuously grow your professional network through referrals and new prospect identification
• Acquire necessary sales skills and knowledge to deliver the UBS value proposition, including completing the WM Certificate

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree from a leading university or business school
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience
• Strong interest in financial markets and in-depth market knowledge in Italy, France, or Belgium
• An existing network within the UHNW/HNWI segments in Italy, France, or Belgium
• Fluency in Italian or French
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and sales skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in Wealth Management services
• Active involvement in alumni networks, clubs, or entrepreneurial activities
