Associate Professor of Law

Responsibilities

• Provide Christ-centered teaching and learning to students
• Maintain a record of academic scholarship or demonstrate significant potential for scholarship
• Teach undergraduate-level courses within the School of Law
• Utilize online instructional technology effectively for course delivery
• Embrace the College and University Identity and Mission statements

Requirements

• Earned Juris Doctorate (J.D.) or LL.M. from an ABA-approved law school
• Demonstrated teaching experience
• Professional legal practice experience
• Proficiency with online instructional technology
• Commitment to Christian faith and willingness to subscribe to the University's statement of faith

Preferred Qualifications

• Teaching or practice experience in Constitutional Law
• Teaching or practice experience in Business Structures and Agency
• Teaching or practice experience in Secured Transactions
• Teaching or practice experience in Federal Income Tax
• Teaching or practice experience in Contracts
