Associate Professional - Vendor SPOC

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell a portfolio of technical and nontechnical products, services, and solutions to current and new customers.
• Inform customers of new product and service introductions as well as pricing updates.
• Create, monitor, and revise lead generation plans to ensure a substantive sales opportunity pipeline.
• Work independently on moderate to complex projects using company standard policies and procedures.
• Exercise judgment within defined practices to resolve various issues and determine appropriate actions.
• Collaborate with Senior or Specialist staff members on complex technical issues.

Requirements

• Four-year college degree or equivalent related professional experience.
• 3 years of functional experience in a professional capacity.
• Minimum of 1 year of position-specific experience.
• Proficiency with standard business tools, systems, and procedures.
• Ability to work with general supervision and handle complex problem-solving.
