Associate Professional - Program Management

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage programs to meet product delivery, quality, customer service, cost, and revenue goals
• Coordinate team efforts within assigned accounts or territories to ensure revenue growth and customer satisfaction
• Review requirements, identify necessary tasks, and assign resources accordingly
• Create and track project schedules to ensure timely completion
• Maintain clear communication and work toward the timely resolution of issues
• Follow standard company policies and procedures to analyze data and resolve problems

Requirements

• Four-year college degree or equivalent professional experience
• 0-2 years of functional experience in a professional environment
• Broad theoretical knowledge typically acquired through advanced education
