About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide operational support to Global and U.S. Vision Care Professional Education and Development leaders to create impactful events, materials, and reports.
- Assist with the development and execution of department symposia, conference sponsorships, academic programs, and healthcare professional (HCP) advisory boards.
- Manage end-to-end event logistics, including scheduling, venue arrangements, participant communication, and resource allocation.
- Develop executive-level presentations, documents, and reports.
- Manage team KPIs, budgets, contracts, purchase orders, and invoices for two departments.
- Coordinate complex calendars, meeting schedules, expense reports, and domestic/international travel arrangements for two department heads.
- Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, senior leaders, academics, and key opinion leaders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +8 years / Associate's +4 years).
- Fluency in reading, writing, understanding, and communicating in English.
- Proven experience in event logistics management.
- Proficiency in budget and contract management.
- Ability to develop high-quality executive presentations.
