Responsibilities
- Support the development, implementation, and administration of global compensation and benefits programs
- Analyze data to evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements
- Participate in market surveys and benchmarking to ensure competitive offerings
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and external vendors to deliver meaningful rewards
- Provide clear guidance and support to employees and managers regarding policies and practices
- Maintain compliance with compensation and benefits regulations across supported regions
Requirements
- Four-year college degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- 0–2 years of experience in compensation, benefits, or HR analytics
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data reporting
- Proficiency in data analysis and working with standard procedures
- Ability to explain complex policies and practices clearly and professionally
