Associate Professional, Compensation & Benefits

Responsibilities

• Support the development, implementation, and administration of global compensation and benefits programs
• Analyze data to evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements
• Participate in market surveys and benchmarking to ensure competitive offerings
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and external vendors to deliver meaningful rewards
• Provide clear guidance and support to employees and managers regarding policies and practices
• Maintain compliance with compensation and benefits regulations across supported regions

Requirements

• Four-year college degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• 0–2 years of experience in compensation, benefits, or HR analytics
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data reporting
• Proficiency in data analysis and working with standard procedures
• Ability to explain complex policies and practices clearly and professionally
