Associate Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Direct manufacturing operations for several processes and production lines in a highly technical environment.
• Evaluate plant operating performance and advise on changes to improve efficiency and quality.
• Lead a team of professionals to meet quality, cost, delivery, and responsiveness requirements.
• Troubleshoot and analyze operational problems and guide operators through coaching and performance discussions.
• Prioritize production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and material supply.
• Initiate and participate in process development and cost improvement projects.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by ensuring compliance with established policies and manufacturing standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2 years of operations experience.
• Strong technical and operational skills with an understanding of functional standards.
• Proficiency in office software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and database systems.
• Ability to apply mathematical concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Ability to read and interpret technical procedures, business periodicals, or governmental regulations.
