Associate Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Manage a production line to ensure the correct execution of daily production plans
• Administer and develop assigned personnel to optimize team performance
• Oversee end-to-end processes, including bottleneck analysis and hour-by-hour compliance
• Manage human resources, materials, machinery, and time to meet production goals
• Responsible for the closing of work orders (WO)

Requirements

• Engineering degree or related professional experience
• Proven experience as a Production Supervisor
• Experience in both high-volume and low-volume manufacturing environments
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and 5S methodologies
• Proficiency in production control systems (series, flows, and traceability)
• Experience in personnel management
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in electronics manufacturing
• English language proficiency
• Knowledge of ERP systems (such as Workday or Kronos)
