Associate Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead production processes and lines in a highly technical environment to ensure success
• Manage overnight schedule attainment, quality performance, and downtime response
• Lead a team of operators to meet quality, cost, delivery, and responsiveness requirements
• Troubleshoot and analyze operational problems and provide guidance on resolutions
• Coach and train operators to improve performance and operational capability
• Prioritize production schedules based on equipment efficiency and material supply
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment in compliance with established policies
• Collaborate with engineers on plant improvement projects and process development

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• At least 1 year of operations experience
• Strong technical and operational skills within a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in office software, including spreadsheets and data entry systems
• Ability to apply mathematical concepts such as fractions, percentages, and ratios
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret technical procedures
• Ability to work the 2nd shift (3:00 pm - 11:15 pm, M-F)
