Associate Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Direct electrical manufacturing operations for the 2nd shift to meet volume, quality, and cost goals
• Lead a team of professionals in the industrial electrical department to meet delivery and responsiveness requirements
• Evaluate plant operating performance and advise on changes to improve efficiencies and quality
• Troubleshoot and analyze operational problems and guide operators through coaching and performance discussions
• Prioritize production schedules based on equipment efficiency, materials supply, and customer requirements
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by ensuring compliance with established policies and manufacturing standards
• Collaborate with engineers on process development, cost improvement projects, and plant improvement ideas

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or 3 years of equivalent experience in a manufacturing environment
• 3 years of supervisory or lead experience
• Experience working with electrical components
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Experience using ERP Systems (Kronos preferred)
