Associate Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Direct manufacturing operations for production lines to ensure volume, quality, and cost goals are met
• Lead a team of professionals to meet quality, cost, delivery, and responsiveness requirements
• Evaluate plant operating performance and advise on changes to improve efficiency and quality
• Troubleshoot and analyze operational problems and guide operators through resolution
• Prioritize production schedules based on equipment efficiency and material supply
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures
• Engage in training and coaching of junior operators and participate in process development projects

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 2 years of operations experience
• Proficiency in office software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and database systems
• Strong technical skills and ability to perform data entry
• Ability to apply mathematical concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret technical procedures or regulations
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
