Associate Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct manufacturing operations for several production lines in a highly technical environment.
• Evaluate plant operating performance and advise on changes to improve efficiency and quality.
• Guide a team of professionals to meet quality, cost, and delivery requirements.
• Troubleshoot operational problems and coach operators to improve performance and capability.
• Prioritize production schedules based on equipment efficiency and material supply to meet customer needs.
• Initiate and participate in process development and cost improvement projects.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience as a Production Supervisor.
• Strong leadership experience.
• Experience working in an electronic manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of production control systems, including serials, flows, and traceability.
• Knowledge of end-to-end assembly processes.
• Experience using BAAN or SAP systems.
• Availability for flexible working hours.

Preferred Qualifications

• Intermediate English language skills.
